We are currently looking for a reliable European ODM/OEM partner to develop and manufacture two private-label sun care products for our portfolio, intended for the EU and Ukraine markets, as well as premium hydrogel eye patches.
Product 1 is a body sunscreen emulsion SPF 30 in aerosol format. We are looking for a light body emulsion, invisible mist when sprayed, no white cast, non-sticky and fast absorbing, broad spectrum EU-compliant UV filters, 40-minute water resistance, and either a light cosmetic fragrance or fragrance-free version. Packaging should be an aerosol continuous spray can, approximately 200-250 ml.
Product 2 is a tanning oil SPF 10 for body application, with a lightweight fast-absorbing non-sticky oil texture, satin or natural glow finish, broad spectrum EU-compliant filters, optional light summer fragrance, and positioning as a beach or leisure tanning product. Packaging can be a spray bottle or standard oil bottle, approximately 150-200 ml.
Product 3 is premium hydrogel eye patches with lifting, firming, anti-wrinkle, smoothing, and brightening positioning for a premium retail segment. The reference concept includes encapsulated retinol, triple hyaluronic acid, a peptide complex, and optional niacinamide, caffeine, or panthenol. We are open to R&D recommendations on retinol stability in hydrogel format, encapsulation technology, and irritation minimization for the eye area.
For all products, please confirm EU cosmetic compliance, INCI suitability for the EU and Ukraine markets, dermatological testing, stability and microbiological testing, SPF testing according to ISO standards where applicable, private-label custom branding, MOQ per product, estimated EXW unit price per product, one-time R&D/testing/mold/setup costs, sample development lead time, testing lead time, mass production lead time, packaging options, and packaging sourcing support.
